Everyone has the right to be treated fairly and with respect at work. At Bellrock we simply do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying or any other unacceptable behaviour. Ideally any such incidents should be reported in the first instance to your manager, supervisor or a member of the HR team, however we recognise that this isn’t always possible.

As such we have teamed up with an independent organisation - Positive People HR - to provide you with an additional option to raise serious concerns you may have at work. The Bellrock Speak Up portal provides you with a confidential, independent channel to raise these concerns - particularly if you don't feel able to raise them with your manager, your supervisor or with HR.

If you report a concern through this portal, Positive People HR will undertake an independent review of the issue raised and will support Bellrock by ensuring that an appropriate investigation takes place. Positive People HR will review the outcome and provide a report to Bellrock’s Chief People Officer demonstrating that appropriate actions have been taken.

Please use this portal, if your serious concern involves:

  • Discrimination due to race, age, pregnancy or maternity leave, disability, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or being married or in a civil partnership
  • Sexual harassment, stalking or other unwanted behaviour
  • Bullying or victimisation
  • Verbal aggression
  • Violence or threat of violence
  • Serious safety concerns
  • Financial irregularities
  • Theft or fraud

We will treat any concerns raised in good faith without fear of retaliation, even if those concerns turn out to be mistaken or unfounded. We will, however, investigate concerns where there is evidence that they are malicious or form part of a vendetta against an individual.

If you choose to report a concern through this channel, your concerns will be treated in the upmost confidence; no names will be passed back to Bellrock, unless you have indicated that you are happy for your personal details to be shared by ticking the appropriate box.

If you have not chosen anonymity Positive People HR may need to contact you for further information. Positive People HR will not be able to share the detail of the outcome of any investigation undertaken.
